Custom-designed to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment for your four-legged friends. We've taken advantage of the heights to satisfy their natural passion for climbing and exploration. Fresh water is always available, thanks to strategically placed fountains and bowls to encourage hydration. Cleanliness is our top priority: the spaces are sanitized regularly to ensure a safe and healthy space. The walls are equipped with interactive games and scratching surfaces to stimulate your cats' physical and mental activity. Come and discover our corner of paradise, where every detail is designed for the well-being of your little felines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, music creates a relaxing and stimulating environment for every cat, which is why we play specific music for cats throughout the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For stays longer than 15 days (starting from the 16th) a 15% discount will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fee includes food, water, litter, and everything else needed for the regular upkeep of each cat. Updates are provided at least twice a week to each owner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Art. 1)<\/strong> These regulations govern the relationship between Cat House and the owners who entrust their cats. Acceptance of these regulations, by signing the Entrustment Form (which we will sign during check-in), is deemed to be extended indefinitely for all future entrustment periods of the cat and the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.2)<\/strong> For the purpose of counting days, the following will be charged: the day of arrival, the day of departure and all days of stay at Cat House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-in and check-out are daily. EXCLUSIVELY <\/strong>By appointment, please schedule within 48 hours of the scheduled date. If these previously agreed-upon times are not respected, Cat House reserves the right to refuse the appointment or to manage check-in\/out without the guest entering the house. A maximum of two people are permitted per appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.3)<\/strong> Upon check-in, the owner must provide the cat's health record, which must include all vaccinations (mandatory triple vaccination; FeLV vaccination is mandatory for cats with outdoor access and recommended for all other cats), a negative FIV-FELV test, and proof of sterilization (except for prepubescent cats). Parasite protection is required during the stay. Photos of the health record will be required at the time of booking to verify the requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.4) <\/strong>The owner undertakes to pay for the stay upon check-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.5)<\/strong> During the cattery stay, we will monitor the animal's health, promptly reporting any unusual behavior or situation that could compromise its stay. If the cat requires extraordinary veterinary care during its stay at the Cat House, the owner will be notified immediately. The owner agrees to cover all related expenses. In the event of an emergency, the owner of the cat staying at the facility authorizes Cat House to call, at its discretion and experience, the veterinarian indicated by the owner or the Cat House's trusted veterinarian, even if the owner has not provided the name of their trusted veterinarian or the veterinarian is absent. Cat House declines all responsibility for illness or death of the animal due to age or other natural causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art.6)<\/strong> The owner consents to having his\/her cat photographed and also consents to the photos\/videos being published on our social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The health booklet must accompany the cat when it enters the Cat House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the owner's responsibility to monitor and verify the presence of all health requirements and that these are always respected DURING EVERY STAY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neutering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except for prepubertal cats under six months of age. Orchiectomy\/oophorectomy is required.
Non-surgical sterilization \u2013 Suprerolin only performed at least 30 days before the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trivalent vaccination prophylaxis up to date<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last vaccination within the last 2 years (or recent antibody titer certifying immunity).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Test for FIV and Felv<\/strong> with a negative result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner certifies that the test was performed after the last unsafe contact with other cats of uncertain health status. Otherwise, the test must be repeated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pest control coverage<\/strong> for internal\/external parasites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cat must be in good health and not show any symptoms of infectious diseases such as colds\/conjunctivitis, etc. Any previous acute or chronic conditions must be reported and evaluated by the Cat House at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cats with the possibility of going outside or who have contact with other cats (e.g. relatives or friends)
For these cats the following is also required: Mandatory FELV vaccination + FIV FELV test updated within the most recent 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
